Which league should one join if you've got a few fat blokes that want a kick around? I've seen a few of them play at Grange, so no need to answer that really.God is an Englishman wrote:Dregs - we're not the ones in the collegiate league

Well you could go to the lower divisions of SAASL or if you don't want to play that high a standard you could join the collegiate league.Bomber wrote:Which league should one join if you've got a few fat blokes that want a kick around? I wouldn't make our side. Some C team, or low div B team in SAASL - no problems.God is an Englishman wrote:you should play this year, it's only the collegiate leagueBomber wrote:

I expect a league championship then, anything else after that statement is a failureBomber wrote:I wouldn't make our side. Some C team, or low div B team in SAASL - no problems.God is an Englishman wrote:you should play this year, it's only the collegiate leagueBomber wrote:

Well if the team is so strong that you can't get a game then they should walk the collegiate league.Bomber wrote:Wtf?

You're giving me way too much credit! I can't get a game doesn't mean too much. I'm sure there are other Collegiate sides who are decent enough that I couldn't make their sides either.
As I said, lower SAASL div B's or C's - another story.

CSL is a amateur league that is affiliated with FFSA. Where does it say that this is a SAASL forum only?God is an Englishman wrote:This is the amateur league forum, please take your collegiate league cabernet somewhere else.
Can you please let me know who is allowed to post in the junior forum? Is it FFSA clubs, edjsa or academies etc

This forum is for the discussion of amateur league football. This is only one amateur league in Adelaide, the SA Amateur SL.
This should be in the LOCAL Football forum.

Like I said. If the forum was titled SAASL amateur league then I would support your comment.God is an Englishman wrote:This forum is for the discussion of amateur league football. This is only one amateur league in Adelaide, the SA Amateur SL.

CSL is by far more amateur anyway. No big dollars paid to players there.
Maybe parts of SAASL need to be moved to Local league as the dollars are on par.

You're right I wish I could play in the FFSA Cup, playing in the FA Cup wasn't enough for me.

It's the FFA Cup guys. Hopefully one day the SAASL sides will come through. My tip is that it will happen.God is an Englishman wrote:played in it, but then got moved out of the C's and went up to the SAASL side.johnnoadelaide wrote:Agree, anyway when god is an Englishman is good enough he can play for one of the collegiate teams, just jealous that your cabernet league is not allowed to play ffsa cup, until then shut it son
