What do you mean "I think". I don't speak retardese but if your trying to say West Beach b's are good, because you guys won the game without your star players, well you guys must be stars then..... I don't think you're that good, if you were you wouldn't be posting in this subforum.harryhandsome1 wrote:Oh i meant to say that i think West Beach Bs were missing a keeper and both central defenders today, there 1st choice striker played in goals.
At the end of the day I went home, got the ice out and watched a ripper porno.
surely you can't be number 8??n8 wrote:a's

and yes the b's were missing alot of their players. as well as their goal keeper wasnt 100% in the end injurys took their toll but thats football. but everyone will be back saturday recovered and ready to go for the big derby!!
i guess you had to take the whole team with you to ice your ankle. how could you not be im pressed by our side. if our forwards finished properly it would have been double figures. we always stop for a beer at the opposition club, no matter what the resultFrappe wrote:tongue in cheek comments, not surprised you can't handle them... ma hawks won the wingeing though
guess they dont believe in having a beer with the opposition after the game.
We waited for you at the Lockleys but nobody showed up!

No offence meant....
Not sure where you get your information from "hammered down under", why we would concern ourselves in fielding a strong b's team against you? I think you will find we were quite aware of the forfeit situation and decided to fold both a and b teams, if you want to speak to your committee and a's coach you will find this was clearly discussed on Sunday night with them. Dont presume too much or you will continue to find alot of things "strange", enjoy your day off, as will we.
Precisely why I thought it was strange and also why I used the word "apparently"!! I didn't presume anything, this is the information I was given.

Retardese indeed Frappe, there you go spitting the dummy because someone has the temerity to question you. Can you not answer a question without being a little smartiepants. I thought being beaten all over the park and with the Beach strike force missing at least 3 open goals you may have been a little humble.

think gully must be awesome. money well spent down there this year. as for your comment about the drink driving bit, the hardest part is getting the bloody little key in the ignition. thank god for keyless entry now daysKnight7 wrote:It's hard to stop for a beer these days, we (Southern Knights) are sponsored by a pub and head there after away games - with drink driving etc makes it hard - the reserves usually watch the first team and buy beers but leave almost straight after. How good are Gully to win 5-0?
Yeah i'll have to agree with you there cantona!! It was by far the worst we have played for a while. Second half we just had the legs to get over the line. It did go to extra time though 3-1 end score just to correct u there mate!!!Cantona Seven wrote:para hills east - they played shittest ive ever seen em play.
But they one 4-two.
good on em.
Just hope we dont have these crap wednesday games again. Not one of our team even looked like we were about to play a game before the start. Just happy to get the result in the end.
Got the farmers this weekend, so we all should actually rock up to play i think.

Not much to say for the Farm's two games
In the B's, Pontian looked ok for 15 minutes but they ran out of legs. They weren't to bad of a side but we had a bit more depth on the bench and better fitness. We probably could of won 16-17 nil but we will take 12. They started to get a little niggly towards the end of the match. Their number 14 with very flashy boots barely got a touch but tried to hip and shoulder a few of us. It actually kicked us in to gear because he only tried to do it for 10 mins in the second half and we scored 4.
In the A's, a little sloppy but again, we will take the 10 nil win. We had a couple of players out also but was able to give Danny Smith his first full game. We moved the ball quickly and took the majority of our chances. Comets didn't give up and had a couple of reasonable players.
We were a bit disappointed there was no bar or canteen at Comets. The KFC down the road did a decent trade from us.

After the dawn service i thought to myself "i might pop down and watch the winners of div 2 give the beach a lesson" and did they give them a leason.
Though on arrival i thought"is this the right game?"all that blue and white on the touch line.
Then i realised, its the vista clan, come down to watch their biggest rivals play.
The Gully looked sharp, some great goals banged away.great result,
but not as great as the sad look on the faces of the vista mob when they left the game, i heard one comment that the Gully were "awesome".
Wasn't hard to pick the ex vista player due to the constant abuse he got, winners are grinners ah.

lets not get ahead of ourselves even if you are a feckingexpert!!! others may call you different!!
Well your not telling me that's not what your after??
Got some great players out there, the ex jets player(think he was at the jets) is a tough cookie, the bloke on the left will score a bagfull of goals unless people keep it tight on him, a couple of nice goals yesterday.and the other goal scorer looked the ticket.
If the depth is what you say it is its promising for the Gully.
just my opinion.
