Sunday Div 3

Post by Di Canio »

Div 3 is looking like being a tight league this year, I know it's early days but here's my opinion on how the teams are shaping up. Anyone involved or interested in this div what are your thoughts :?:

Brahma- Tipped by most as favorites to take out the div, very physical, hard working well organised team, they should go close.

Bosna- Haven't seen them, don't know much about them, however off to a good a start and in previous years have been tough to beat at their ground.

Grove- After a good season last year Grove have strengthened their side again and a win away to Brahma on the weekend shows they will be around the mark.

Paynhem post-tel- In my opinion not title contenders but will take points off some good sides.

Macedonia- The 0-0 specialists, they may be hard to break down but can't see them scoring too many goals.

Chilean- Appear to be the whipping boys this season.

San Marco- Haven't seen them play. Heard they will be signing a lot of good players next year though

Munno Para- Have had mixed results, I think they will finish around the middle.

Seaford- like to knock the ball around, should do well if they have the same side as last year.

El Salvador- Hard to play on their cow paddock. Their linesman is a blatant cheat, will get lots of points at home.
I'm very happy to have moved to West Ham, because I can play for a better team than Sheffield Wednesday.

i think just surviving and being able to walk out alive when playing bosna is an achievement in its self. When playing maco's, take your cricket whites, pads etc cos your in more need of them due to their shite house ground than football boots!!!!!

G'day Dicanio. Other than our A's result was a good day yesterday, as it always is against you guys. Cheers to you lads for sticking around afterwards.

Bit hard to comment on teams I havent seen yet, but you boys have definately got better than last year. Our main striker was out yesterday, but other than that it was pretty much full strength. You guys definately deserved the win, and on that i would have to say I see you as definate title contenders.

El Salvos were pretty much the same as last year, few skilful lads, bit of flair, will cause a few headaches and wont be easy beats. At their home ground they will do whatever they can to get a result, and they have the worst pitch in the state

Dicanio, i am from the club and i do not know who this as roma is and i do not know why he has to start bullshit about the club. we are not getting any big names to the club because we are an amayuer team and it is not likely the "big name" has really got a big name for himself. so stop all the crap about big names.

Browny, yes it was a good day yesterday followed by a good night. I always enjoy playing Brahma. I think the two clubs are starting to develop quite a fierce rivalry.

I was always gonna come in for a beer as I won six of them in a bet with one of your players

hey chestnut your right the maco ground has a cricket pitch.....very observant of you...im sure there are others and ultimately it plays the same role for the home side as the away team.....i hope the cricket pitch hasnt been your excuse for poor performances...... it is after all a 1/100th of the pitch size and shouldnt make too much difference......but if you really wanna play cricket please bring ya gear....ill send a few down at ya in the nets...

what a great summary of the teams and division.....congrats on not being insulting but humerous at the same time..... im one of those 0-0 specialists and i must say both games to date we have dominated for the fair majority of the game and consider to have dropped 4 points rather than gained 2...... all that being said the lads from seaford put up a good performance as did the san marco boys and both games were entertaining without producing a result......

Thanks chopper but you got it all wrong mate....last two games the ball was rarely in our half but the problem was every time we took a shot someone kept moving the goals  but im sure someone will cop it sweet as soon as we get that first one in......

Why did El Salvador forfeit today's cup game against Blue Eagles?

EL Salvador are the biggest cheats in the league. How else do you think they did so well last season??
