Saturday Div 4
Any news on a home ground for Chin United...no home games listed in the fixtures for them yet! How are other clubs in div 4 shaping up?

Maybe the teams that have the bye when they should be playing this team without a ground should play this team who can't travel.
I'm sorry do you have a point or is this just another attempt to take to thread off topic?

Re: Saturday Div 4
Yes there are 10 teams but if you look at the fixtures on the SAASL website every second week there are only 4 games listed. The ones missing are the Chin United home games.

Apparently Adelaide uni don't have a reserve side this year. Are there any others out there this year? Might as well come clean now!

I would be surprised if we don't, we have tonnes of players at the club.Baresi wrote:Apparently Adelaide uni don't have a reserve side this year. Are there any others out there this year? Might as well come clean now!

I rang the league Monday regarding Chin United. They did not realise that the clubs home games had been left off the fixture list. All sorted now!

Re: Saturday Div 4
How can the league approve this.
Why wouldn't they just play in the lower one team divs?

Re: Saturday Div 4
I think Uni Grey probably registered for A & B's, but had to pull their B's team at the last minute. Not much that the league can do when that happens
Come on Flinders!
Re: Saturday Div 4
Uni Grey requested to move to a lower division but this was not accepted by the League.

Surprising since Budapest and Lion have been able to do it in the past.

Re: Saturday Div 4
League website still has them listed as playing in B grade except for round 1! Can I ask where this confirmation came from.

Hi Sean
Alex at SAASL rang me yesterday and informed us that we would only be playing Seniors this Saturday - he said had they had more notice they would have put them into a lower single team league.
I spoke with Sean at Adelaide Uni yesterday who also confirmed that they were only fielding their Seniors this season in Div 4 - no Reserves.
All the best for this weekend mate - regards Mick

Anyone know what happened in the Northern Wolves vs Chin Utd game. Someone didn't forfeit did they? There isn't a score up on the website.
