SENIOR COACHING POSITIONS

Adelaide Cobras FC are seeking expressions of interest for senior coaching roles for 2015.

To be considered Applicants must hold appropriate qualifications.

Positions Available
Reserves
Under 18

Job Title: Reserves Coach OR Under 18 Coach
Responsible for: 2nd Team (Reserves) or 3rd Team (Under 18)
Responsible to: Head Coach/ Technical Director/ Football Director

Mandatory Qualifications: Senior Certificate

Skills and Attributes Required Coaches should have the ability to:
• Motivate performers
• Communicate effectively
• Use time efficiently and effectively
• Forward plan
• Develop an appropriate level of technical knowledge
• Observe and analyze skills and make improvements
• Make use of appropriate equipment and adapt if necessary
• Evaluate all coaching sessions
• Work under Direct supervision and instructions from Head Coach
• Implement Head Coaches training programs and game style formations

Successful Applicant is Accountable to the Club President
