I say yes. Moyes walked in to the club with them being reigning champions. LVG has come in and said from the get go he will make big changes that will take time to bare fruit.
I'm aware I'm not a normal Man Utd fan but I'm willing to give him time. Although some more defensive buys would have made my time I'm giving him more comfortable!
spot on.. im with you here.. I might go a step further and say that uniteds poor form over the past season has reignited my interest in the premier league.. winning championships at ease became quite boring
moyes may currently be better atm (only just) but im quite confident that we will be in a much better position as the weeks unfold
Cyril makes a valid point as to why there wasn't more emphasis put on the united defence, losing those three has left a huge hole to fill
personally I rate jones

Haha Fergie's last few seasons were such a snooze-fest!
I think there has been a lot of emphasis put on the defence. It's just a pity the club hasn't.

Completely agree about having a bad year reigniting interest. Especially as we were so poor to watch. Even winning
Yep, defence looked rock solid against the might of West Ham

He's a rubbish defender and a hothead to boot. As Rooney showed, losing the plot is not a great idea.

Good judge, I'd look good anywhere it was very dark.
But weren't they playing West Ham?

Apparently it cost Man Utd a similar amount to bring Falcao there for a one season loan as it did for Arsenal to buy Welbeck.
So that means Man Utd need to get the same amount of use out of Falcao in one season that Arsenal will get out of Welbeck's entire Arsenal career.

Not sure if he is worth the money hey sticks Stuckey:)
Brilliant game by De Gea' saved a number of shots including a penalty..
Another 3 points for United, another great week
Yeah, De Gea was good. With defenders like those presently in front of him he'll have to keep doing that against the top sides though. It's a long time until the transfer window opens & Man.U opens up the chequebook for a dominant centre-back.
ps, did anyone else think Falcao looked offside scoring his goal?
