FFSA classify the Junior Cup and Senior Cup as 2 different competitions.
1) All players at Junior level can play in their minimum respective age group or higher, once you cross the line at a higher
age group you can not go down.
e.g If an Under 15 player plays in an Under 17 cup round and the Under 17 team gets knocked out HE CAN NOT play for U15 or U16,
you are always cup tide to the highest age group at Junior Level.
Same at Senior Level, U18 plays in the Reserves Cup, he can not, then play in the next U18 Cup round.
e.g If an Under 15 player plays at his age group and the team gets knocked out, he can then play for U16 or U17.
2) Because the Senior and Junior Cups are different competitions you can have any senior player, as long as they are age eligible,
drop down and play in the Junior Cup.
3) Any player regardless if your a JUNIOR or SENIOR player, must have played meaning crossed the line of at least 1 JUNIOR CUP ROUND
to be eligible to play in the Junior Semi-Finals.
4) These rules excludes goalkeepers who can move up or down as long as they are age eligible.
5) Another rule is you are also cup tide to 1 club, so if you play round 1 for ABC then decide to go to DEF you CAN NOT play in any of the
clubs cup rounds.
Hopefully this answers a few questions.
