Hey Otto u know what interrupts my Saturdays is teams pulling out last minute
Our Adelaide Villa div 6 team has not played a game in 4weeks with 3 forfeits and a cup round.
We were looking forward to a challenging game against a quality club who I least expected to forfeit ....
If ARBE don't want to play us next week please tell us now so we can make plans with our Saturday....

Unfortunately Stirling had 20 players missing across the three teams through injury, sickness or work. Trust me, it's the first time in over 10 years that Stirling have had to forfeit a game and the club are not happy that they had to do so. Some of our C's had to play B's and some B's played in the A's. It only left 6 players for the C's. The club are disappointed in having to forfeit as they were looking forward to challenging games with villa in all three grades.

Adelaide Villa will win the derby because a good team doesn't lose two in a row...then again we don't need to win when we're already winners....
Personally I'd rather see Stirling get promoted

Amazing number of forfeits around the traps this year....

Agree mate. Our Saturday Cs have had 3 so far.... add the fact that it's only a 16 game league and the weekends are getting very boring. I may blame this for the reason I am so badly out of shape!

Any chance we will know early this week if Stirling will have a Cs this Saturday? Going to try and organise a friendly if they can't

Our last game for the season as we played our final round game early against Torrens valley.
Hard year for us unable to field a reserves for the first time after having to pull them out after round 5. However a good way to finish against one of the top teams.

That was a good result sean, all things considered.

Our lads certainly missed playing you this season (McLaren Districts Reserves) hopefully you can strengthen your squad and come back next season with two teams.

Iv'e said it before, you have great bunch of young lads down there that never give up and are always willing to dig deep and play two games when needed. A real credit to you and Luke, even though the results don't always reflect this.
