I know it seems a bit unfair but the lower grades also get to see just what the difference is when playing against an 'A' side.

From a coaching point of view of what I've just said, I think it should stay.

cant see the federation pullin their finger out for juniors but what would b good would be a pre-season cup for all age groups under lights as seniors do. group stages, knockout etc.. any agree?

I agree why don't juniors have a summer night series like seniors do. It will be good but the only thing is that some juniors start pre-season late january early february and by then they already got trial games.

But i would like to see juniors have a night series and maybe clubs can start pre-season earlier than it is like saying in mid december to get juniors prepared.

great idea youngdemon i with this one 100%

That would be a fantastic idea having an under lights summer series.

Most junior teams don't get the chance to play under lights, so it would give them an opportunity to do so. And having a pre season cup gives coaches a chance to trial their teams further in a more competitive competition, plus I'm sure all the boys would love to play.

I like the Junior Cup the way it is, very much like the FA cup but lower grade teams don't have to go through what they do in England, a couple of good games and voila', you're in the quarter finals!

I would look for changing training to mornings rather than put tournaments in the evenings, but that's just me.
