Re: when is kickoff? brazil v germany
How fucking painful is it listening to Zelic and looking at Spider?
Re: when is kickoff? brazil v germany
I think Lucy and Ned are the same person, a bit like the Michael and Janet Jackson thing...very rarely on at the same time and when they are I swear I've seen a split screen.
The extra facial hair on the Ned version is just a distraction.
PS - Can't stand Spider but Culina is OK.

Wow! Germany creative, exciting - not just their old-style German efficiency.
Brazil's acting captain David Luiz led - if you could call it that - an absolute shambles of a defence.
And another forumite was right - Fred has to be one of the worst-ever un-Brazilian-style striker of all time!

Glad Brazil is out, their over physical and breaking rhythm tactics came undone.
1. No Neymar no creative spark.
2. Fred and Jo simply not good enough.
3. Big Phil too defensive and Brazil punished.

So disappointed that many in the soccer-football community here have fallen off the World Cup bandwagon. Sort of understandable with Australia out, and with many here having Croatian, English, Italian & Greek heritage - but you would have thought the Semi-finals are worth a look as it's not a bad viewing time of 5.30am Adelaide time.
ps, Kosta Utd - can you edit your subject heading from "when is kickoff brazil v Germany" to "Brazil v Germany"? I'm sure some will want to post under that amended subject heading...
Re: when is kickoff? brazil v germany
Germany would be thanking their lucky stars they don't have to play Italy in the final.

Got up and am still in disbelief, Brazil were abysmal.
You could see the whole stadium just deflate once Germany scored first, yes Neymar and Tiago Silva were losses, but geez, that was as poor as I have ever seen!

I think someone forgot to inform Brazil of the kick-off time

The Germans are brilliant. Brazil finally got shown up against a quality outfit. They have a poor team and once their 2 best were out, it was always going to be a big loss. Hope Germans go on to win it. They are so easy on the eye.

This match gave me a feeling that no one can stop Germany to win the title

The 'Chemical Kid' has had a good WC so far but having to carry his nation might be too much for him without Di Maria.

Would be a real slap in the face for Brazil if Argentina won the World Cup on Brazilian soil....

+1. I also like what one of Brazil's great World Cup winners, Carlos Alberto said: "They cry when they sing the national anthem, they cry when they're hurt, they cry when they score a penalty - Enough already!"El Pibe D'Oro wrote:Really hoping it happens.swannsong wrote:Might happen, still one hurdle to overcome first.jonnomath wrote:One man can... I know it's part of some of the players' culture, but enough too of the superstitious praying on knees, pointing to the deity in the sky. It hasn't helped. David Luiz looked ridiculous today. He prayed in other games like that when they drew with Mexico or arsed the win against Chile. What was he praying for after the murder by Germany?

That he wouldn't be assassinated by a crazed Brazilian fan most likely.
