Cup Round Two
When is it drawn?

Same as every round, about a week or two before!Go-Bang's wrote:When is it drawn?

I wish they would make the draw ASAP, we're having home ground allocation hassles and the sooner we know the better it is to organise.

I totally agree ... The next round should drawn the Monday after... This would allow teams and players to adjust work commitments over the weekend, ground commitments to those clubs affected..to leave just 10 days before is poorswannsong wrote:I wish they would make the draw ASAP, we're having home ground allocation hassles and the sooner we know the better it is to organise.

Not a big issue for SK in the past...however, there must be issues with other clubs that share with FFSA also.Uncle Cracker wrote: Never noticed anyone bring it up at the AGM, only on this forum.

If it's anything to go by their selection on new referees for the league, i think we're in trouble.
Absolutely useless 90% or them. Peanuts!!! as someone i know would call them

Re: Cup Round Two
Disagree!!! We've had mostly excellent ref's all year...and the ones that where bad where consistently bad for both teams (which I don't mind because you know both teams are copping it!!)Shark wrote:If it's anything to go by their selection on new referees for the league, i think we're in trouble.

Wouldnt the SAASRA recruit and appoint the match officials to games.. not the SAASL...Shark wrote:If it's anything to go by their selection on new referees for the league, i think we're in trouble.

Just got off the phone with Olga at League HQ. Have been told the draw will be made by the end of the week.

Does this mean that the fixtures will be released at the end of the week or do we have to phone and find out in dribs and drabs. like usual?

I'm assuming it'll be much of the same. But who knows? They could surprise us.reddevil wrote:ZegnaArmani wrote:Just got off the phone with Olga at League HQ. Have been told the draw will be made by the end of the week.

Re: Cup Round Two
If the draw is on Friday, what if everyone didn't call them, so they didn't have to spend the afternoon answering the phone, and they could then get the draw loaded onto the website quicker??ZegnaArmani wrote:I'm assuming it'll be much of the same. Hi Muzzastu, I called the league earlier in the week and they said it was being drawn on Friday.
