Prems Pitches

Am starting a new topic on the Prems grounds and the state of some I visited. Adelaide City Pitch couldn't believe how long the grass was and the overall state of the pitch, the parents did comment and say its council owned nothing they can do. I'm sorry but its a disadvantage for teams travelling having to play on crap pitches, the boys league they couldn't get away with this ,-so why does this happen STILL in the Prems league.

Last year when our team played AC we played on the men's pitch across the road, that was ok. I don't understand why they don't use that just for the prem matches. It's unfortunate there's nothing that can be done about this pitch, it's become a hazzard. Nothing personal against Ac. Once all the pitches become waterlogged they mostly become un playable. It does bring down the standard of football in the league.. Perhaps more showcase days at west beach?
