Wow I leave the room for a minute and we're only 3-1 up and Langerak is sent off for a shocker!
Penalty 3-2.
Penalty 3-2.
Re: Aus v Ecuador
I wouldn't be pushing any panic buttons yet. We were very good for a lot of the game.
There are a lot of players out there who certainly struggled with the passing game Ange is attempting to implement. I was happy to see Timmy do well under it. Great to see the great man take the Socceroos scoring title.
If I was Ange I would be pushing very hard for another friendly before the South Africa game. He certainly has his work cut out for him!

Re: Aus v Ecuador
Great leasson to all coaches out there who seem to love the idea and holding on to the ball and fart-arsing around in defence when no need to. Hopefully this wasn't an instruction from Ange.
Wilkinson, you absolute twat!
Not a bad game though, and was probably very unusual to see such fighting spirit from a team wearing blue shirts at the Den!

Obviously playing out from the back is a directive from Ange. I guess he'll just need to keep looking at which players are able to do that. I hope Malik stays fit as he might be needed!Bomber wrote:Great leasson to all coaches out there who seem to love the idea and holding on to the ball and fart-arsing around in defence when no need to. Re: Aus v Ecuador
Julian Assange would have been nearly evicted at half time but with Ecuador amazing comeback in the second half he can now stay another day
Re: Aus v Ecuador
Yeah, I believe he leaked the Australian's half time talk so he's safe until he fucks with Putin one day and someone sorts him outbloodypassit wrote:Julian Assange would have been nearly evicted at half time but with Ecuador amazing comeback in the second half he can now stay another day

I can't believe that an international match was allowed to be played at such a sh*thole.God is an Englishman wrote:3-0 and you shiraz it up.

Was the ground affected by the floods?

That would explain the quality of the surface if it had been.

Well you'll be going home on 23rd June, so it won't be for at least another 4 years.
