Heard from some Downs lads today that he is out of action for 9 months.
Horrible news if so.

Any thoughts on the red card?
Looked like a bad challenge (I was a long way away). Not sure it warranted a red however. Definitely worth a yellow.

Very harsh.

I think it was more for two bad tackles in a row, he let the first go as an advantage and the 2nd was worst then the first.

Still think he was very hard done by.

downs 6-2 winners in the final.Well run comp and the 4 dollar beers were a real hit!! good luck to all teams in the up coming season!!

Cheers to Pete and all his helpers for this years comp, well done Angle Vale and all the best for the up coming year. As stated before cracking beer prices and a fantastic feed to go with it. This years prize money was quickly donated to the Benny McMuff fund to get him through the next few months....... :wink:
