Just announcing the pre-season training and games for Mawson Lakes SC.

21 Dec 2013 - Final social game - Endevour College - 4:30pm
19 Jan 2014 - Meet and greet - North Ingle School - 4:30pm
23 Jan - Pre-season training - Mawson Lakes Oval - 7:00pm
26 Jan 2014 - Mawson Lakes vs SA Police - North Ingle School - time to be confirmed
30 Jan 2014 - Pres-season training - Mawson Lakes Oval - 7:00pm
1 Feb 2014 - Mawson Lakes vs Red Blue Eagles - time to be confirmed
6 Feb 2014 - Pre-season training- Mawson Lakes Oval - 7:00pm
13 Feb 2014 - Pre-season training - Mawson Lakes Oval - 7:00pm
16 Feb 2014 - Mawson Lakes vs to be confirmed - time to be confirmed
20 Feb 2014 - Pre-season training - Mawson Lakes Oval - 7:00pm

Pre-season training will be held at Mawson Lakes Oval, Thursday nights at 7:00pm until 6th April.
Training will switch to Wednesday nights, 7:00pm at Mawson Lakes Oval 12th April for rest of the season.

All players welcome.

MLSC are also seeking expressions of interest for assistant coaches for season 2014. We also always welcome committee members who would like to help out behind the scenes. Many hands make light work they say.

Has Mawson Lakes been told which division they will be in next year?

This year's Saturday Div 1 champions only trained once a week.

MLSC have had a senior coach for some time now, unless something happened. Yes the division question is a good one, I know that El Presidente has requested Sunday. However I just wonder if the SAASL will force them into Saturday, didn't Saturday lose a few sides?

I think some clubs in Div2, 3 & 4 might even be waiting to see final league draws and who goes where, as Hazara molested their way out of Div3 leaving only 9.

If you are a new club applying to join the SAASL they can tell you what they like

Yep, we have submitted our application for div 4 Sundays, and really hoping that's what we get! But that's right, ultimately it comes down to where the folks at SAASL want to put us.

We do have two coaches now, one for the A's and one for the B's. Just putting feelers out for assistant coaches to help out with training, match days, tactics and other bits and pieces that assistant coaches do.

Only training once a week at this stage, mainly to save some money on pitch rental for our first year. Looking at going twice a week next year.
