Morning Cyril, you are late to the party.

We were good and you were bad but you shouldn't be losing 5-0 at home to us after spending 110mil & without a shot on target.

Credit NOC, he isn't hiding.

Not like JimBob who is only EVER seen after Utd are are on a roll or beat Liverpool.

I wont gloat because I think losing to us is less embarrassing than us being outplayed by Hull!

Having said al that last 38 games we have 81 points - which is impressive. And we were by no means perfect but that was as good as we have played for a long time IMO. As long as we don't now run out of goals v Cardiff.

All ifs buts and maybes but if we win and Arsenal don't v Chelsea, we are top of the league at Christmas. Something that is pretty amazing. We won't win the league, but being top or near the top at halfway is all we can ask for.

The way they allowed Suarez to twist like a little eel whenever he was on the ball and shimmer across the surface with such poise was pathetic. The pair of them were abysmal.
Sums them up really.

But Suarez makes nearly all players look bad when he is on his game. Any defender who has a bad game against hims shouldn't be too down.

I still don't like him (as a person for the way he acts and what he did in the summer), but I actually think he is already getting close to being the best player we have had. If he stays and we win trophies I think he will go down as a great like Cantona for UTD.

Obviously Dalglish, Rush, Souness and others were great and could have been better than him but week after week Suarez is doing things you want to see. People will pay good money to see him.

The only other player who was like that for me was Le Tissier.

Suarez is just in ridiculous form at the moment.

If he does we should hold out for as much money as you guys got for Bale.

Not often I agree with this clown, but Suarez's all round game as a provider and scorer is far better. I love the way he's not greedy, if he thinks a teammate is better placed than him, he always tries to play him in. Always said it, the best players make the best decisions and he reminds me of Bergkamp and Henry rolled into one.

There will certainly be offers at the end of the season. Maybe from David Moyes

I think Liverpool would have learnt that after wasting most of their Torres money..

Half of that money went on Suarez, I would say that is spending it fairly wisely.

City Vs Arsenal...... We were poor for virtually the whole game and City ruthless in fornt of goal. Only positive was Walcott bagging a couple, his finishing is so much better than it used to be. Ozil had by far his worse game for us, Wilshere was terrible, Monreal and Sagna were on different planets.

Spuds vs Liverpool - Superp result......No Gerard or Sturridge, big statement.

He was signed after Torres had left though hadn't he?

Downing and Carroll were part of the Torres money who were duds. Carroll did cost 13 million more pounds than Suarez. If you actually read my post I said "most" not of all the money.

Is this the downward spiral that is usual for Arsenal?
Man City and Chelsae still the favourites to win, but liverpool are not goin away. Picking up vital wins and Suarez is a freak!!
He will be going to Madrid, if not in January definitely at seasons end!

Suarez is the first major signing for Liverpool owners New England Sports Ventures (NESV) since it bought the club in October 2010.

But the news comes as Liverpool are on the brink of losing star striker Fernando Torres to Chelsea, who are working to seal a deal for the Spaniard before the January transfer window closes at 2300 GMT on Monday.

Tanner is right, he was bought to play alongside Torres.
Carroll was a panic buy to replace Torres.

Is this the downward spiral that is usual for Arsenal? Yes, but not as bad as most would think.... Poldi, Koscielny and Arteta into that squad and it's a much different result IMHO

Man City and Chelsae still the favourites to win, but liverpool are not goin away. Picking up vital wins and Suarez is a freak!! Suarez is a freak but the squad wont be lifting the tital off his form. Gerrard, Hendo and Lucas will have to step up their games if they want to get close.

Suarez will be going to Madrid, if not in January definitely at seasons end! How much money do you think they are going to outlay (after spending 100 million on Bale a few months ago). He isn't going anywhere any time soon.

If it’s so nailed on he’s going to Madrid in January why is his agent and club negotiating a new contract?
I think it’s a inconceivable for Madrid to drop net 50m then another 60-70ish to land Suarez in the same playing season then expect to be FFP compliant. They'd have to move a lot outward.

Last season and during the off he was very frustrated at playing a mid-table club, now looks more settled and has belief in the project.

He’ll stay till seasons end if he goes anywhere I can see someone like Bayern in for him considering the links between his agent and Pep (brothers) and if Bayern don’t land Lewandowski as rumoured they’ll be in for a top striker.

I'm probably going to get laughed at for this but fair play to hendo. He has certainly stepped up and last night was great for us. He was a leader and I couldn't be happier for him. He can certainly be a future player for us if he keeps this up. Lucas is also a boss. Good to see players up when gerrard is out.

Nah. Shouldn't think so. That's why they made Hannibal Lecter the captain in Gerrard's absence - to entice Suarez to stay - together with Euro Champions League possibly on the horizon.

Definitely, he has taken a while to find his feet but he is developing into a key player in the side with his energy and tireless running off the ball offering an outlet.
