Good stuff from Juve after a tough first half. Fantastic work from Llorente for both goals.

Credit to Mattia Perin too, the second man to save a Balotelli penalty. Milan plunged further into crisis.
I was only thinking about this. He always has a knack of hurting the old man's team.

Lacklustre, passing at an abysmal level and left ourselves open to the counter on too many occasions.

Higuain burned 2 really good chances and we had most of the possession but in the end it was just rubbish.

Britos showed on the goal, as well as Inler how not to defend against one of the best players in Serie A. Backed off right into the penalty area and allowed him almost a free shot Reina.

Scudetto is miles away now. Juventus were ruthless as usual and you would think that Roma will do it easy against Cagliari tonight.
I was amazed at how hard Inler worked to get along side Cassano but never challenged???
Why, it looked like he should of been able to prevent the shot.
I found it odd that not one of the 6 players in the box approached him.

Not odd, just farking lazy. You are right about Inler, he chased 70 yards and then put in no challenge.

better effort this morning but the turnovers really really hurt us again.

Tough game away at Lazio this weekend.

Juve to run away with another Scudetto from here, to much class and depth.
hopefully with another win in champs league final round, they will have enough on their plates and slip up in Serie A.

Happy to see Llorente proving those early season critics wrong time and time again.

With each week that passes he's looking like another genius Pogba/Pirlo/Barzagli type of steal for Juve on the mercato.

Good to see Lichtsteiner back after a while out as well. Got the assist for the goal.

Decent run of games to come against Bologna, Sassuolo and Atalanta as well. Should see us have some squad rotation and a heavy focus on the Galatasaray game.

Great result this morning, although I still dont think we played that well and all due respect to Lazio, they did not look up to scratch. They miss Klose desperately, although this Pereira looked good as did the young ex Barca youngster Keita who scored a top notch goal.

All the Higuain knockers in the Italian papers can go and get farked, two top quality finishes today.

Our passing game suffered from the high line Lazio played, but all in all, a great result. We have now gone to Rome twice, Florence, San Siro once and to Turin for 3 wins and two losses which I would have taken at the start of the season. All those opponents to come at the San Paolo in the new year.

If we had lost it would have been game set and match as far as the Scudetto went.

That's because Lazio are not up to scratch at all this season, in terms of UCL anyway. Lazio simply do not have the means to compete for the top 3 consistently. Middle table fodder.

Napoli did what they had to do. Have firmly entrenched themselves as a top 3 club in Italy although I can't see them winning their first ever scudetto this season with Juve up and about.

Nice try, no bites, but I will agree that Juventus just keep on keeping on and unless they get a lot of injuries and have a massive collapse, no on can stop them again.

We are 3-4 more really top quality players away from being really competitive. I would like to see a Garay or someone of that ilk next to Albiol and a proper right back - Maggio is only good in a 5 man midfield. Behrami and Inler are too hot and cold. We need a bonafide regista and unless they break the bank to get Verratti back that is not going to happen.

I read an article about this Keita a few months ago - great story, they have a real gem there and I like Onazi as well. Hernanes looked very disinterested this morning, will need to lift his game if he wants to go to the world cup for Brazil

Juventus fined over abuse

Juventus has been fined 5,000 euros ($7,436) by the Italian Football League after a group of young supporters repeatedly insulted Udinese goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic during last weekend's match.

A total of 12,000 children under 13 filled the Juventus stadium at the weekend to watch the Serie A game against Udinese.

The club's initiative, which was applauded by many, prevented the game from being played behind closed doors.

Juve had been handed a stadium closure for that match as punishment for its fans' geographically discriminatory chants towards Napoli supporters in last month's game.

A statement from the Lega Serie A read: "Juventus have been fined 5000 euros for their very young supporters having repeatedly insulted a player of a rival team."

Brkic made a number of fine saves throughout the game before Fernando Llorente scored the winner in stoppage-time to hand Juve a 1-0 triumph.

The win lifted Juve three points clear at the top of Serie A.

It's a ridiculous fine. It's for chanting 'oooo merda' at Brkic when he took goalkicks. A chant you hear all the bloody time, everywhere. I'm sure we've all said it before.

Meanwhile, Heysel chants and banners still don't get punished.

Bit of an ugly win, but seven wins in a row with seven clean sheets is alright with me. Now for the big one in Istanbul.

Good results for Juve overnight as well with Napoli and Milan both drawing.

Roma would wanna start picking up some wins again or Juve will start to run away with it.

Roma won and deservedly so. Great game to watch and the crowd looked to be 50-60k

Our chances are between very slim and none and Benitez needs to now swallow his pride and recall Cannavaro (even though I still reckon he is not up to it) but he is better than Britos and Fernandez has now had a sh*tload of chances.

We need to splash in January to ensure Champions league qualification for next season.

Bloody hell, some high scoring games this weekend.

Was a good game between Roma and Fiorentina. They needed to win and did so - if the margin stays at most three points until Christmas, it sets up a huge first game back in Turin, Juve v Roma.

Lazio with just one win in ten, things looking bleak right now.

Was really important to respond to Juventus' result.

Inter had only lost once all season so to score 4 and win was a great result, even though at times they had the better of us and at 3-2 Rafael made some great saves - glad as his last encounter at home was a shocker.

Higuain and Callejon have proven to be very solid investments indeed. We still need a fit Hamsik.

Had Pandev penalty been scored would have won by 3 margin.

Insigne was hanging to take that penalty

Am I the only one here thinking come end season if Naps and Inter locked on same points for CL spot and we lose vs Inter 0-2 away that they go through?

The CL group proved that scoring goals away and not conceding at home is the trick

Anyways very happy with the win that puts some light between us and the teams below us

Furthermore a Roma loss coupled with some positive results next week would be just the catalyst catching Roma going into the Xmas break.

Go and have a read of some of the rubbish coming out of his mouth - "they were in control the whole game!!!!' the guy has lost it.

Admittedly I thought Inter were good at times, however the ten minute period after they scored we obviously hut them and they were lucky to only go in 3-2 down at half time.

Scoreline could have been a lot worse with Pandev missing a pen at the end. Insigne was furious about not taking it.

Those pesky kids at it again, expect another fine coming our way, for that oh so awful chant

Anyway, a nice easy win, just what we needed after the midweek debacle. Sassuolo made it easy for us, just like Bologna did for Fiorentina earlier.

Now you know how it sounded when he was boss a Napoli. Its always different when he's talking about your own side, people tend to not think to much of it, but he really does paint a picture only he must see. Was very happy to see Inter cop it had a good laugh at his comments because from what I saw of the match he is delusional as in the new Inter president.

Hey don't get me wrong, I thought Inter were good in patches, but I don't think they bossed the game and in the end we killed them on the break and controlled the game that way.

I really like Guarin, we have been linked with him in the past months. We can sell Juve Inler and we will take Guarin thanks!!

I've heard even more to come! Has fallen out with Rodgers and Napoli can use the "buyout" clause after the loan spell to trigger transfer negotiations which in his contract only states £8m...

Seems to me king Kenny has made another big mistake for all to see besides building a super squad

He's 28 so I wouldn't want to pay more than that plus he's had some injuries, but would be a great partner for Albiol in our back 4.

Bad bad result this morning for us - certainly had the better of the game after going behind early - questionable decision to disallow Callejon's volley.

We just need to concentrate on Champions League Qualification and going as far as possible in the Europa League

Great win against an Atalanta side which made it difficult for a long time. Few goals at the end made the score look easier than what it was. Llorente didn't have the best game, but that goal was a beauty.

Great way to finish off the year for Juve.

CL exit and the Fiorentina loss aside, it's been another very successful half-season under Conte.

All summer signings have fitted in well and players like Pogba, Vidal, Asamoah, etc just keep getting better as well.

If we can push on and win a third consecutive Scudetto, take the Coppa Italia and push to make the final of the Europa League which will be played at Juventus Stadium, then I don't really think the CL exit will be as painful to bear.
