What is with Playford?
Last year, playford started a fight with birks 15's which resulted in 7 red cards (four from playford, 3 from birks). They played in a trial game this year in 17's (same teams) 3 weeks ago and again there was a small scuffle but this time not even a yellow card was given because it wasnt needed. The game resumed with in 1 minute and the rest of the game was played out in good spirits. 3 weeks down the track, playford decided to lodge an official complaint about birks (about the trial game 3 weeks ago)when it was playfords player who caused the whole thing. Does anyone know about any of this and know why playford is lodging this complaint when they know it was them who caused it? :?

i played sweeper in both games and saw it all both times, first our player got punched in the back of the head so he retaliated, second our player was being held continuosly by a playford player so another player told him to f*ck of and just gently pushed him away and then the playford guy went phscyo and wanted to fight us so get the facts right first budy

Its takes two to tango as they say.
You must be joking! Do you really believe that Birkalla players are totally innocent here or in the past. Can you honestly say that none of your team have ever punched or hit someone off-the-ball. Both clubs need to step in and get both teams sorted otherwise the next game could well be held in a boxing ring !
Disciple needs to be instilled with the coaches who in turn need to get their players actually playing football instead of being distracted by side issues. Both teams are setting a poor example for our game and just giving more ammunition to those who seek to denigrate our great game.
Now pull up your socks and prove that you can play football.
Hopefully both teams will have an incident free season from hereon in.
