Last round league games

I would like to see the SAASL committee (who I respect) do much more to ensure that all postponed games are played before the final league round. Yes it is only amateurs but it still can give a club an unfair advantage by knowing what result is required. If it means playing postponed games on cup rounds or mid-week, so be it. All clubs should be informed before the season starts that postponed games will be played before the last league round so there can be no excuses. Opinions welcome.

What's the penalty for not playing the game? Who wears the penalty? Who arranges the date? What ground is it played at?

the game between west beach and Fulham was played after the season because we could not fit it in during the last part of the season.
it would have been unfair on either team to have played such a crucial game under maned.
