swanny iam a pom not a yank ok. when i say gas i mean gas,right. who does australia sell petrol to by the way. our govts sell gas to china,coal to india,bullsheet to australians and import people from indonesia. if we stopped them selling our land to china we could grow lots of corn to make ethanel to run our cars,wouldent need the arabs at all. unfortunately we have no statesmen running this country anymore,only greedy selfseeking set up for life after three years politicians. ps tony abbbott will be no different.

I gas we got that wrong
BUT, it's the private sector/individuals that sells them the land and the gas and brings in cheap labour, not governments.
and hears silly me thinking isnt this what all this voting was for,to put these so called pollie parties in a position of power so they could look after OUR interests,instead of their own. how naive of me. fact to finish with. at the end his first 3 year term tony abbott will have had 6 substantial pay rises.

Show me evidence of 3c a litre then...from what I can gather the gas deals struck with China will pump over $60 billion (well one of the deals will) into Australia and they will be emitting less Carbon as it replaces coal....meanwhile in our own Country our own supermarkets are forcing dairy farmers off the land because they are buying milk off then for less than it costs to produce....the farmers need to sell the land....who wants it....we need to fix up our own back yard before always pointing the finger overseas.
Personally I think Australian land should be leased to overseas investors if they want to farm it !
all gas is in liquid form for storage. we have stocks to last us till 3000. just to clarify once more im talking about the gas we cook with. swanny. no one except aussies should be able to buy land here. you try and buy land in china etc no chance.we just have slash and burn govts here who only think about short term PERSONAL GAIN. eventualy when the developers are left to cover the rest of the country in concrete all the food the chinese grow here will be going to china. perhaps they will SELL us some charging more than coles or woolies.
well you will get to play them twice again next season and i wish you all the very best with that. polonia was the best team in div 4 and i find it hard to believe that the league rolled over for them to let them get away with that. iam sure they would have jumped on any normal club who have been established in the league for years so why not them. questions need to be asked of the league as soon as possible to establish what changes need to be implemented for next season to avoid the shambles of this last one.
