Just seen a 2013 Fulham player tweet that Fulham are in the State League in 2014 and "confirmed". Anyone from the club like to elaborate?

If so this would create lots of problems for the SAASL admin & place more focus on some of the bizarre rulings in Div 3 & 4 games!

why pull out - seniors at Toros and they have 3 sides already - juniors at fulham, and they can have amateurs like many other FFSA teams....if true

Not starting a rumour mate, I should have screenshot but seems the player has edited his tweet. I have however screen shot his comment that Fulham is pushing for state league next season or the year after. As I said before this is from a 2013 A grade player so not stirring crap.

No A team players on the Fulham committee so maybe a case of mis-understood 2nd hand info on his part..definitely nothing for 2014 except trying to get back into Div 1 for 2015..

As a coach of a girls team at Fulham and parent of a player from this year's u17s boys I haven't heard anything about the men joining the state league next season as he now has to find a new club to continue playing fed football.
Believe me all the parents of players from that team are in same position either stay and play ressies in the ametures or look for a new club.

Well when the merged club already has 3 teams, spots are limited .

If it's true it's more about your juniors getting into the FFSA (JPL) probably not your senior sides entering SL.
