With Willian looking like he's going to Chelsea instead of Spurs, I'd be happy if we take Lukaku off their hands.

We'll definitely give you our best prospect in our weakest position, sounds legit.

I'm hoping Willian will turn out like Arshavin :lol:

You've had your transfer for this window, be happy with him.

In other, not so new news, Chelsea are also signing Eto'o along with Willian. Fuck knows where they're going to play them all though :lol:

And one you'll be really happy with is the rumour (hopefully true) that AVB wants to be reunited with his old mate Hulk. Now that I would like to see.

I too would love to see Spurs waste 30million pounds on Hulk.

Joe wants 15mil, yet Alan wants it soughted quickly & Yohan wants to move :lol:

Tell me why he should be worth more than 15mil & come up with a better reason than the current transfer 'world'
Not everybody is a Bale, CR7, Rooney, Ozil or Suarez that warrant high transfer fees

I see Cabaye just as good as Capoue & the Spuds got him for under 10mil

Cabaye at least twice as good as Capoue and proven in the PL to boot. Must be worth upwards of £15m easily, probably closer to £20m.

PS Bale's gone for a mere £86m which might push Johan's price up even more.

You miss the point Cyril, how can you justify 20mil... what has Cabaye done other than gained PL experience..?? Yes very talented player but keep in mind Newcastle signed him for under 5mil two years ago & now want 20mil for a player who has had two season in the PL, one being a relegation battle!

This.

Go ahead, offer 15, see what it gets you. It won't be Cabaye.

We paid under 5 because we planned that deal a long way in advance and took advantage of the opportunity. He was worth more than that back then, and is worth a hell of a lot more. And when you want a player whose club doesn't want to sell, you pay more. Pretty simple theory dude.

Then it's not £15m is it? That's merely a downpayment and the transfer fee, as PDog has right pointed out (supported by my expert opinion as well) is £20m and you're getting a bargain at that price. Stump up Wenger you tightarse :lol:

Cant wait for you to bulid a New 3point Lane & go thru what we have

Anyway yes the transfer fee will increase to more than 15mil but i read it as a 15mil down payment will push thru the transfer

See, this is where rags like the Mirror disappear up their own jacksy.

On the 24th they wrote
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... ok-2217538

yet on the following day, when Arsenal have already bid £20m according to the Mirror, they come out with this exclusive bull

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... ll-2222220

Why would you tell them that if they've already bid what you want? It's bloody Jackanory and heywood falls for it every time.

15 up front isn't 15 total is it? Seriously, think about it before you post. Not rocket science.

20 is the minimum, IF we sell at all.

Why do i have to justify it, do i run NUFC?

I'll give you some points though, just to humour you:

- He's fecking good;
- Inflation;
- He's fecking good;
- We don't want to sell;
- He's fecking good;
- Wenger doesn't want to pay 20, so people like you think he isn't worth 20. Wenger = tight ass; &
- Did i mention he's fecking good?

That cover it? :clown:

Well if he's broken, he wouldn't pass the fucking medical would he? Space cadet.

He is a tight ass. But so are NUFC, hence why we got him for 3.5 a few years back. The price is 20 now :lol:

I never said he would pass the medical, I can't see into the future peanut. That being said I can see the present and he is certainly broken, not to mention the fact that he doesn't want to play for you mugs anymore.

The fact that he doesn't want to play for us at the moment means zilch. He's a gun, and is worth more than what is being offered, which ever way you look at it.

And why would Wenger pay 20 mill for Cabaye, when you already have Wilshere, Ramsay, Rosicky, Arteta, Cazorla etc, and all the while Sagna is playing at CB alongside Mertesacker. Try investing that into a decent CB and a DM, none of the players i mentioned can play that role effectively and neither can Cabaye, not their game.

You've got to understand that we're now into the 'trolley dash' scenario. It's not about whether a player will fit the system or will be useful, the Goons just want to sign anybody with half a name to appease the fans. And they want to do it on the cheap as always :lol:

PS Heywood, when do Benzema and di Maria arrive for their medicals? :wink:
