Pitch changes/ Postponed games
Change of venue for Saturday's Hawks v BOSA games - all 3 being played at Barton Tce West, North Adelaide. Normal Times.
Time for some righteous indignation

What? Can't be that bad....Unless the pitch has pools of water on it at least the A's should go ahead...MadeInEngland wrote:Pumas v Stirling
All grades cancelled due to pitch conditions.

Played at Modbury Vista tonight ..... good luck to Vista & the Mongs on Sunday
the pitch was very ordinary and after Saturday's games and the impending
rain it will be a battle just to stay on your feet !!

I spent all Tuesday night looking for the grass...... Went back Thursday and managed to get there early enough to train on a 5m x 5m section of mudRodent wrote:Played at Modbury Vista tonight ..... good luck to Vista & the Mongs on Sunday

Very ordinary to say the least, will chuck a pic up tomorrow if we are at home.

Re: Pitch changes/ Postponed games
Given how close it is to the end of the season, should the game be played at the away team's ground ( if its playable ) as an option ? ( depending on your geographic location ) -this would eliminate the backlog of catch up games, and ensure all catchup games are played before the last round.
You would need to come to some kind of amicable financial arrangement of course.
Nothing worse than playing the last game of the season, and not knowing whether or not to celebrate, because there are games still to be played.
