Blowing whistle too early
Under 12 jsl game - home team had their ref doing the game:
Meant to be 30 min halves- first half was spot on 30 min.
Second half- home team was leading 4-1 then two late goals made it 4-3.
Then ref blows whistle 5 minutes early (ie at 25 min).
To the away team's credit, apart from querying the ref on this, they accepted it without making a fuss.
Still, the whole episode is very poor sportsmanship.
And no, I won't name names. And no , it's not my place to formally complain to the FFSA as I hold no official role in any club.

If you're not going to name the game why bother making an issue of it?
What are you going to do with your life?

If this is the game I think it is , The same Club wasn't all that fair when we played them at there home ground, One Penalty not given to the away team (Deliberate Handball) and two free kicks outside the box which both ended up as goals but don't forget we are playing for that Elusive world Cup !

So you're saying the ref deliberately did a payback?Push It wrote:If this is the game I think it is , The same Club wasn't all that fair when we played them at there home ground, One Penalty not given to the away team (Deliberate Handball) and two free kicks outside the box which both ended up as goals but don't forget we are playing for that Elusive world Cup !

Re: Blowing whistle too early
The problem behind these things happening is that there isn't enough referees to cover all the games.
I've been to a few of my nephews games and the behaviour of some coaches, but more often parents watching can be shocking, especially towards referees who wouldn't be more than a year or two older than the players. It hard to imagine those young refs sticking to it for long if they have to put up with these idiots on a regular basis and then you get stuck with the home team ref and all the issues it can bring
