Paul Dickov set the standard years ago. Whilst some mentioned above are a bit odd or obscure, I don't think any quite match it.

I remember David Speedie playing in goal for coventry v Millwall. The abuse he took was fantastic that day, giving it the big arms outspread for a Millwall shot that nestled in the corner of the net :D
