Kick off was at the early times. Cobras Fed side was kicking off at 3pm against Comets, so this was one of the times when there would have been a clash!
Mind you didn't make it any easier getting out of bed to go play in the rain at 10:30am!

Re: Saturday Results - 1 June
So this week it wasn't brought forward on the basis of a lie. Fair enough!
Does anyone know the distance another game has to be from a senior fed game? My mate lives opposite blue eagles ground and he's concerned if he's allowed to kick a ball in his back garden.

Re: Saturday Results - 1 June
Tell your mate he can kick the ball as much as he likes as long as he doesn't blow his whistle at the same time. We can laugh about it, but I've seen an U/16s game played on a pitch alongside a Reserve Grade game at Bradwood Park (our ground) and it was chaos. Whistles going at odd moments making players stop and look around for the ref. Surely it's a matter of common sense on a case by case basis about how close is too close.

You'd love trying to play agame in England on Hackney Marshes. Do you get confused when playing at adelaide uni, flinders uni, iggies, florina/inter, grange...

Still, it's funny to hear the whine of you pleading to be left alone.

oh yes your opinion means so much to me that I will contact someone from iggies and get them to contact you to tell you you're wrong.Rooster wrote:sorry matthew my source is 100% corrrrrrrect and unless you get someone from ignatians then ill think ur full of kaka
If it means that much to you, a few of their committee post on here, I'm sure you could ask them to tell you you're wrong.
You're "source" is wrong and please feel free to tell him that from me.

was he on the committee when I was there, because he's wrong.Rooster wrote:my source is on the ignatians committee and he said they kicked you out
My source tells me the reasons cobras have given for bringing their kick offs forward is rubbish as most of their games don't even clash with their feds games.

Come on Rooster, let's hear it.
How about an extra little wager on the matter? A carton says I wasn't "kicked out".
The money can be relayed via your "friend" at Iggies. He can even then pass it on to someone else if he is concerned I will find out who he is.

GIAE, I didn't know you had a personal vendetta against the Cobras. Is that one of your former clubs?God is an Englishman wrote:God is an Englishman wrote:when I prove you wrong, will I get an apology and the real reason why you brought forward all your kick off times?

Never played for them, just caught them lying so now I'm on a quest for the truth. Their response is tell more lies.
