It's a bit sad that Raiders president has only organised trial games for his team and his mates team, and the younger teams have been forgotten about.
I hear that Raiders u8/u9/u10 have not had ANY trials organised for them

They are not the only ones

Some small clubs have no idea :P

They cry poor & scream that no one helps but never help themselves  Why should the parent s help? And if the parents do not help who will organise events? :o

How many clubs issue the minutes of the AGM?

I know of one club that has not released any information of any AGM's for the past several years  There have been many requests but so far only excuses given back :(

And they wonder why it's so hard to get parents to help

modbury dont have u/8,9,10 so couldnt be arranged there. who should organize their games ,coaches or prez???? should be down to the coach , not that difficult... sounds like an axe to grind!!!!!!!!!!!

Robinfriday it is not normally the coach who organises the trials, it is normally the club (not necessarily the president). I would suggest in most cases the Junior Delegate is the one doing the organising of the trial matches.....

At our club, it was a mixture of both club and coaches. When the club hadn't arranged anything, coaches just got on with it and did it themselves. Everyone was happy.
