it is a Go Pro Hero 3 black edition and is wrap to the frame of the goal with a gorilla pod then taped to secure it. there are other mounts that will work just as well.. you can pick a go pro up from surf shops, motorbike stores or online

Negative on that one. Any other idea's on what you could mount the camera too? Would be great for this weeks big game

I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions. First idea that popped in to my head is to secure a short piece of timber dowel with cable ties to the top corner of the actual net. This would give you something rigid to secure the camera to. The Gorillapod tripods are fantastic and you could just wrap the tripod legs around the dowel.

Just stick it in your net, no point putting one in ours.

What about using a microphone stand like pictured below with an extension arm to mount the go pro on.....

Rodent,

Unortunately there is no footage of the game as Inters nets and goals will not allow the camera to be mounted just outside the net. There goals do not have the top net supports and their nets go directly from the cross bar to the ground on a diagonal (side view). With SOIS's existing setup and mounts, the camera would have to have been mounted well within the net and I'm sure Mr Gregan would have had something to say about it.

Pity though, as it may have picked up the corner ball that swung well out of play before being scrambled over the line for a goal. Oh well there's always next week!
