Wigan relegated finally

Post by Chaos »

Sorry to say this but it's about time too.
Although I do feel for Dave Whelan and his efforts to the club, this had to be the last time for their great escape efforts.
Me personally, I can see them struggling in the championship as you would expect Whelan to pull the reigns on wages etc....

Martinez for the Everton job perhaps...??

Would much rather have seen newcastle go down.

I enjoyed this mornings news and then I thought about it. It's the championship clubs I feel sorry for.

Millwall's away stand holds 4,000. We'll lose money with 3,990 empty seats.

They still have won more F.A. Cups than Millwall. I don't expect that stat to change for quite a while.

neither do I. And guess what, I won't care then either. I support my club because they're my club not because of the trophies they win.

I thought you supported them because of their contribution to race relations in the UK?

We don't agree on everything but you are spot on with this.

True supporters accept their club's realities and just support them anyway.
