Balls

Anyone else out there finding the new match balls supplied by the league a bit shithouse? Can barely kick the thing and when you finally make sweet connection with it they just go straight up and float. Shocking.

We used the match balls for the first time 2 weeks ago in our last trial game, 1 ball went out of shape and the other mysteriously developed a hole crap balls!

No obvious issues yet...we use a few match balls at training too ...

Everyone is using them so it's a level playing field (with the exception of Farm's ground) :D

Every year someone complains about how shite the balls are
but like Swanny said we all have to use them so..... do what every
other player has to do .. !! adapt to the balls the league choose .. !!

+1 Swanny :wink: those were the days - boy they got as heavy as a medicine ball when wet -

I gotta agree these new balls are a bit on the light side and unpredictable.

im assuming u can use any adidas ball,,hence why we got some $160 adidas balls ,,

After yesterday's performance ... I won't complain about the match balls .. We never got much usage .. But Bosna had plenty of it and some well struck goals

I don't mind the balls from a keeping side of things.. only problem I have is kicking from out of my hands I find they float to much
