Has anyone got an official listing of the teams that will be playing in Sat Div 3 this year?

Speaking to one of the SAASL chicks recently the list I was given for Div 3 didnt include Cobras .. however speaking to one of their guys this week he advised that they are playing Div 3 Saturday.

The club list as I recall off the top of my head is as follows (club name spelling not necessarily correct and not in any order as typing as comes to mind):

Budapest
Ankhor Hornbill
Hazara
Flinders
Hanhdorf
Murray Bridge
Gleeson
MacClaren Vale My Understanding is that they are going into Div 4.
USC Lion
Adelaide Uni

... that appears to be ten so guess that was it ..(St Peters quit ..five new teams in)

and I cant see how a new club ( cobras ) would go straight into div 3, bypass all the div 4 sides that are trying to get there ?

All the Cobra boys think they're going straight into Div 3. It's like all us Div 4 clubs don't exist!
There will be an almighty uproar if they do go straight to Div 3.

The league has form here, I wouldn't be surprised if it happened.

Cobras will be div 4, the saasl said to us that we were div 3 hence why we were under the impression we were starting in div 3. We found it weird also. End of the day we are here to play a game of football with a good bunch of mates. Good luck for the season everyone

We (Budapest) still have a couple of big outs and have heard the Hornbills killed it in Div 4 last year so a little apprehensive re this one but the rest of the boys on the park will give it all so going to tip us anyway..

No idea re OTH so will tip a draw

Heard a little rumour Hahndorf may have lost some players and so based on that, which is probably completely wrong, will tip Lion who look a fairly good outfit this year..

great effort by all the guys, really had to dig deep in the 2nd half.
Angkor is a quality passing team and will do well this season.

Not a bad performance by our boys today, probably should have won each game by a few more but not a bad way to get the season started.

our Bs fell asleep for 5 minutes early in the 2nd half letting in two quick goals which cost us a point, if not all three. don't think our Bs deserved to lose to be honest, was a close game.

A grade dominated for most of the game. slow start, mostly played through the midfield through the opening half hour with the game opening up as it went on. comfortable win by the boys but can see uni knockin a few sides off this season for sure! great start to the year for the billie goats, hopefully it continues!
