Don't see the big deal with insurance, if it's that big a deal get your own. I have played many times without insurance and wouldn't bother me doing it again.

I very much doubt the saasl would cover my salary. I don't know if it's improved but you probably get more on the dole.

If you need an ambulance and your not covered by your own insurance you will pay for it.

Worst case scenario if you play in the heat and you suffer from a stroke or heart attack and die your family or next of kin won't receive the death benefit.

Very very small chance of happening but so is your house burning down but do you have home insurance to cover that?

don't even get me started on why you have to pay for an ambulance anyway. What the fuck do we pay taxes for?

What if I'm unconcious? Can I claim that I didn't call the ambulance, I didn't want the ambulance, In fact i'm suing them for kidnapping me.

Unless the ref calls the game off i dont see why it wont be played.
You sure??????

I have been in Sydney all week and haven't confirmed with the coaches but I was under the impression it was normal kick off times.

Good way to brush the cobwebs off by having a brawl in a preseason game and getting the game abandoned

Ouch. Looked like a pretty evenly matched game in the half hour I saw.

Should also mention the Para Saturday Super-leaguers/Sunday C's beat the Sunday B grade who had to forfeit late in the game. Poor little fellas were a bit mentally sapped.

Wanderers up 2-0 before the hosts pegged one back, then 1-3 at half time. 2nd half was pretty even, a couple of cracking late goals from the visitors.

Definitely a good hit out for both sides!
