so fulham got it again anther so called good coach come in for a year set every thing up,get the girls playing good football and leaving the committe at fulham high and dry.why cant this club (committe)keep the coaches here?

It's not like he left to coach another prems side. He left to coach at a higher level. He's a professional coach, it's what he does for a living. It's called professional advancement.
