Just a heads up that for anyone involved in Grassroots football from Coaches, Parents and Players. We interviewed Tom Beyer today who over the past 20 years has been implementing programs in Japan and is now about to embark on doing the same in China.
One interesting aspect is the JFA has a four level Grassroots Coaching License A, B, C & D... We have a certificate for just 3 hours ??!!
