Liverpool have great old history. But currently this team is not in their proper track. They become like other ordinary team. This team containing player is not so much perfect.I hope this team will be back in their old track but in new form, new strategy and new young stars.

Pissed away a 2 goal lead, but I'm happy enough with the point in the end. Arsenal were different class in the second half.

We were always playing on the counter.
Like the commentators said; were is the BR passing game at the moment? We didnt really knock it around at all. Gunners press fast and we really needed a result, but wouldve like to see some more fluid play.

Most people would've taken the draw, but a win would've been great considering the other results and up against city this weekend.

Entertaining game. Arsenal just need to replace their entire back four and then we'd be fine

Think the passing game was a victim of a good circumstance.
1-0 up early, Arsenal press and it was more fitting we play on the counter.

Not happy about the sh*thouse defending for both goals. But undefeated in last 3 seasons at Emirates isn’t a bad run.

Yeah I agree about the press. The close down high & quick. made us pass back to reina a lot.
Where the hell was agger for that header?! Completely misjudged it.

How does everyone think Coutinho will go?
I've not seen much of him to be honest.
What I've read, talented but is a bit of a risk.

Not really much of a risk in my opinion. He's only 20, so unless he turns out to be Bebe, he's going to have a decent resale value.

I've not seen an awful lot of him myself, but from what I have seen, he's a very skillful player. Rough around the edges, but the talent is there.

Agree.
Good deal, low risk. Worst case scenario he can be flogged for most of what we paid for.

Find it funny that this transfer was played through the media as a risk whereas Zaha was genius.
Both the same age, different levels of experience but one was double the price of the other.

Plus ours has 'inho' at the end of his name. We win.

Defence is an issue, killed us this morning. Another case of should have been 3 points in the bag and moving in on the top 4, but it's just yet another chance blown

Both of Liverpools goals were so cheap. Arsenal scored two pretty good goals and ripped you apart in the second half, it was our game for the taking.

And also, i would say your midfield is an even bigger issue.

 I didnt get the chance unfortunatley! Walcott's finish was decent, but if im honest it was helped by the fact Reina decided he would not move one mill to try and save :D

Some missed directed shots / passes prevented it. Your midfield hardly touched the ball in the second half. Everytime Gerard got the ball, Wilshere just stole it from under his feet.....I hardly think you were hard done by.

but we should have been out of sight by HT, you were so poor in the first half.

We are both average teams. Simple as.

We have an average defence, Midfield and attack is very good. Still confident of a top four finish....

This season EPL is not very good, your midfield and defence would be left wanting in vintage years, it really is poor.

Very few stand out players this season from any team TBH.

Alan Shearer wrote an article last week about the EPL being on the decline and how its no surprise there has been some big upsets in both cup competitions.

Big difference in Arsenal's playstyle is that there's alot less penetration from the midfield. Wilshere looks likely but Arteta and Cazorla like to come to the ball alot more than your viera/fabregas style days.

Makes a bigger striker more important, so i think Giroud will the difference in the end for you guys.

I actually think he's really good, and will get alot better next season.

I totally agree about Giroud. Hes looked decent so far... Was understandbly nervous until he got his 1st goal. Is great in the air and has a superb touch for a big guy. Played pretty well against Liverpool, just rushes on the ball sometimes.
