Western Toros Prems and Reserves have begun training on a Tues and Fri night.
We are after EXPERIENCED players who are willing to play with young, dedicated enthusiastic and friendly girls.

Any girls who are frustrated by not being able to play prems at there current club, or have taken time away from the game are encouraged to come out and meet coaches and players.

I heard same thing last night too.

Real shame if that is the case - there's been a lot of hard work put in there over the last few years.

If it is True about the Torros that is a shame as leigh and others have worked very hard to get them into premier league and be competitive.
It would be a shame for the girls to be lost to the womens game.
If Torros are no longer in the Premier league and there are girls still wishing to play at an elite level then Please feel free to come out to Pre season training with the Adelaide Olympic Womens FC as we are still hopeful of being back in the women's premier league, send a PM to me and I will reply with details, but pre season training starts on Wednesday 9th January, venue to be advised.
Or if you are from Torros, ask Leigh as I think he still has my contact details.

It was only a matter of time that this was going to happen to Toros. its a real shame but karma always comes and nips you in the butt.

It's a shame that Toros isn't fielding a senior women's team. Leigh has given a great deal of time and effort to the women's game and should be commended for that. The current state of the women's game requires that we all collaborate on improving the standard, not gloat when a team folds and call it karma. Poor form and not in the best interest of the game.
