Giggs is finished. I dont understand why Fergie starts him when we have the energy of Anderson and Cleverley sitting on the bench. Giggs is only good to bring on when we need to keep possesion and hold on for a result, not to start a game and try and win it, he lacks creativity
Excuse me, what planet are you on?
Are you really a ManUre supporter or are you simply one of those 'Prawn Sandwich' supporters? :?
A real supporter critiques his team!
Did u watch Giggs play against Norwich?
Can't argue about the penalty, how frickin dumb was that defender?
If you want a soft penalty, Man City got one.

Please note that United had a goal not given that clearly CROSSED the line
So this makes up for the one all them years ago with Spurs
Always swings around
You got a penalty though right?
You always come back when you get a pen.
Ah your one of them guys that has the livesport app and sees Rooney (pen), and automatically thinks typical United, it was a gimme. Look at the replay n ask what the defending was thinking

When i translated into something resembling English I did laugh. He actually thinks they produced ronaldo and van nistleroy. I sure this isn't you making this post just to prove a point about the idiocy of man u fans.

Hilarious! RVP was a relative unknown till Man Utd picked him up!
I do slightly agree is the last 5 years or so Fergie has had less money to work with in the market and has done a lot more signing of future stars (like Cristiano Ronaldo and Rooney who IMO were unfinished products when Man Utd signed them) but he is still lucky enough to have fairly deep pockets to dive into if things do get dire. RVP being case and point.

Anybody can have potential but the good clubs and coaches are the ones who help the player realize there potential

They would have been great wherever they ended up and even you could have been coaching

i guess jeffers and walcott turned world class when they went to arsenal
or SWP at city
Rooney and Ronaldo wont be the star he is today if they didnt signed for United ..
This thread gets better and better, Rooney at 17 was as big a threat as a goal scorer as he is today that's a fact from watching him live, not from Wikipedia or whatever tv channel you watch your EPL on. And that's why Ferguson paid $26 million sterling for him.
Wenger reckoned in 2002 he was the best English striker he had ever seen, he was still at Everton.

Los Del Eague wrote:@ Le King So you're saying Rooney and Micheal Owen weren't superstars at 18?
You can wikipedia the answer if you like
No they wernt
Just players with the "potential" to be superstars with the right training and guidance
You rkn Ronaldo was a superstar at Sporting? Sure he was flashy, but he needed the right guidance under Fergie and training to become the player he is today
