I watched Ingle Farms A's draw with West Beach A's 1-1 at Ingle Farm... wasnt the best game, could tell the heat was having its effect

A's - Athelstone 0 Adelaide Uni 4
B's - Athelstone 0 Adelaide Uni 1
C's - Athelstone 3 Asteras A's/B's 3

All up some promising signs after the player losses in the last few weeks. Thanks to both Adelaide Uni and Asteras for playing in the right spirit and remembering its only a friendly. Heat took its toll on the A's in the end...

Couple of new signings but the goals were spread around.

Early days and it was good for Fulham to get the 1st game out of the way.

Week off this Sunday and then Para Hills West on the Sunday before Adelaide Cup day - they will give us an excellent hit out I am sure.

Ingle Farm actually won 2-1 but West Beach played very well. Great signing there little #11. He should win Div 2 player of the year this year.

In the B's Ingle Farm won 6-0. West Beach struggled to get numbers and a few went down injuried during the game. We played well though considering it was our first real run and we still have a few more to come in.

In the C's, Ingle Farm defeated Ingle Farm in an internal trial. Not sure of the score

Ingle Farm B's seem to have started off where they left off last year! Quick passing and good movement off the ball. West beach B's were down 4 players, had a couple of injuries and about 4 players new to the club playing. We played the last 45 minutes with 10 players against Ingle Farm. However the better team won...

West Beach A's were unlucky not to get at least a draw from a game they dominated. Johnny Manca was class in the middle!! Up front Danny scored a great goal.Poor finishing cost Beach.
However the Farm's Goalkeeper was man of the match!!
Pain is only weakness leaving the body!

Sorry someone on the sidelines told me it was 1-1 and then I didnt see another goal scored... not that there shouldnt have been, must say the Farm keeper was quality, saved at least two point blank shots and was solid in every other department!

West beachs top scorer from last season should have had that volley in the second part of the second half to equalise...

West Beach will definately take some beating in the seniors this year.. They will be there or there abouts this season, good bunch of lads to. Wish them well.

John Manca - very good player, terrific game mate.. too good.

Yup thank god for the new keeper, Beach killed us especially toward the end of the game.

Beach def had their chances.

Farm's Reserves were missing several players and look extremely strong once again.

Hey onthepissagain, geez you look fit

We asked Johnny to come out with the Pontian boys but his mates are at WB. Like all our new players towards the end of your career you just want to play with your mates that how come we got the names to our club this year. Would of been fantastic to have Johnny with us but good luck to WB they are a good bunch of lads and I hope we will be able to take some points off them this year :D

OK! i have kept quiet so far this pre season and havent had much to say... but GOOD LORD myopinion... i think u should read the posts previous to yours before putting one of your own in a topic as clearly this entire topic has been spent talking about a new player at west beach and how is quality is superior. Sorry to intervene :D
