Went down like a sack of spuds (ha ha) quite a few times.
I thought it was only South American and Italians that went down GIAE

Re: Gareth Bale.....
No surprise players spent time on the floor, Lazio were very 'uncompromising' and only a very lenient referee kept all 11 on the pitch. Four bookings and 21 fouls tells part of the story, but he let an awful lot go unpunished once players had already been carded.Old Redback wrote:....would be a better footballer if he came in a non collapsible version.

That will probably be the line he plays but maybe he just made a mug out of himself.Litmanen wrote:El Pibe D'Oro wrote:But he did play for great britain

Re: Gareth Bale.....
Usual suspects at it again at the weekend. Bale and Suarez are not the only ones but they are the worst offenders. I'm with Tony Pulis on this, I think it's needs to be continually highlighted so that referees are not sucked in.
As a Spurs fan, I find it fucking embarrassing tbh and I really wish he would man up and pack it in. Certainly would have no complaints if he was carded.
No doubt the Liverpool fans will still maintain that Luis never dives.

Re: Gareth Bale.....
Won a penalty, scored the penalty and scored an absolute blinder for Wales.
Alright, he was only playing the sweaties and we all know they're shite, but Bale was awesome.

The player who fouled him came out and actually said that he did touch Bale on the way through.

Re: Gareth Bale.....
I think there was minimal contact and it was exaggerated, BUT I also think the defender was stupid to even go near him from behind like that. The Kop wrote:100% pen?

Looks like the player touches him enough to cause him to trip over his own feet. The Kop wrote:100% pen?

contact is never enough to knock him over, he even clicks his own heels to make it look more. He's a cheat!!

Re: Gareth Bale.....
Looks to me like Maloney clips Bale's right foot, causing him to lose balance. Bale is very fast, it is plausible.God is an Englishman wrote:Mato wrote:Looks like the player touches him enough to cause him to trip over his own feet. The Kop wrote:100% pen?
