The CKFC Junior Premier League and Junior State League teams for 2013 will continue with the Clubs philosophy of 'player assessment, development and promotion'. Having two teams in each age group allows players to develop in a team that best suits their ability, it also allows the Development Coaches to assess and promote players throughout the year (player, parent and coach are always consulted).
The Junior and Senior football panel work closely together, with the goal of developing players to reach their highest level. Junior players are given opportunities to train with the older age groups, including the senior structure, to help them gain experience. Players that thrive in these situations will be given game time in older age groups, with the possibility of moving to the next level; again, this includes the senior structure.
