Still dictated the play in almost every game he played in last year. The match at Anfield sticks out for me as one of his best. He hasn't featured much this year but changed the game when he came on against Southampton. Will still be one of the best midfielders in the country for 25-30 games this season.
Not really sure why we're having this debate to be honest? A bigger issue for United is finding someone to replace him like for like but is that even possible unless we buy Xavi or Iniesta?
Is that the one you lost or drew?
And LFC were rubbish, so he stars in a game (or 2) that you didn't win against poor opposition.
As i said this year i dont think he will have much of an impact at all, he will certainly get all of the simple things done but hes not going to help United get that title back.

I think it was the game we lost, I wasn't trying to be funny when I brought up the Anfield game! I just remember he was brilliant and bossed the midfield. Doesn't really matter how bad you were, he was supposedly past it and he was just out of retirement yet there he was giving the Liverpool midfield the run around.

PS Bowties you still have not answered my question??
Isn't the player he was =/= "Scholes is pants".
Many people on here know where I play, I don't try to hide it.

It's one of the few times he's laughing at something for the right reason.
You and Dam make a good couple. Its a shame that whenever a decent argument / debate gets going on here people like yourself have to dumb it down with awful attempts of humour just to deflect your piss poor knowledge of Football.
Oh and Dam, did you not see Bowties comment above?? You were supposed to make him feel funny by laughing like a

Not backtracking at all. Are we going in circles here mate? Scholes was a world class Midfielder, however age is catching up with him and in my opinion wouldnt make the midfield of other top clubs in the league.
You were a little late mate.......Bowties has been waiting for someone to laugh at his comments for nearly 30 minutes.
I think DAM just walked past a mirror
