Definitely will be!!! Huge reward at stake.

Yeah, Pirie are out of it now, too far behind Plympton to make up the ground for promotion.

Who was the best team you played this year? - Plympton. Results of 3-0 to them each time show that. But Munno Para deserved champions.
Who was the best player/GK? - Para Hills keeper looked the most solid all year, and TTG's number 4 is quality.
Goal of the year? Tosh Deptula vs Port Pirie at Home and Richie Coates free kick vs South Coast also at home.
Who had the best food? - Pt Pirie and Munno Para put on a solid spread but the Raptors Yiros is a hands down winner.
Best club? - Going to be a little biased here but Polonia for the beers. My first year out and a great bunch of lads on and off the park. Best club I have ever played for in a non footballing sense. As for the clubrooms, Seaford's had a good feel to be honest and TTG's changeroom can regulate hot water at a decent rate, so they win that one hands down haha
Best crowds? - TTG at their ground today was a solid turn out but Munno at our ground last week was pretty loud!
Best pitch? - San Marco / Polonia / Seaford
* Worst pitch award goes to TTG today. Can't recall ever signing up for beach soccer lol
Best Lads to have a drink with? - Seaford & Sth Coast

Excuse: We didn't win because we had 5 unavailable players.
Fact: We had 5 unavailable players.

Looks like a fact to me.

now that they are back half of them are fking injured after a few solid games, our striker dropped out in the warm up ! lol ....
still thats no excuse, we had 11 on the park and the reason we got done is because we slept for the first 2 minutes and were 0-2 down, not sure what happened there but that was the strangest start to a game ever lol.... we managed to get back in it but gully were simply better on the day .....
good luck with promo battle its going to be a great game

looks about right mate,
plympton and polonia need draws for promo and survival respectively, not that anyone will be playing just for that, the boys are fired up for this one.... massive day at Polonia Reserve on sunday , the 30kg pig is probbably hanging by now, cant wait to crank the spit and get that baby roasting away and hopefully celebrate the stay in div 3 :D

Who was the best team you played this year? Would have to say Munno Para
Who was the best player/GK? Going Biased here and Jay our new comer missed last half of season to injury.
Goal of the year? Hard to narrow it to one been some quality goals this year.
Who had the best food? Raptors yiros were awesome and the spread Pirie put on was awesome
Best club? Would of said Pirie but they left a bad taste after our home game i will go with seaford for the all round package.
Best crowds? Munno Para very vocal for them this year both occasions

Who was the best team you played this year? - Munno Para by far.
Who was the best player/GK? - Munno Para's keeper pulled off a few amazing saves against us and looked solid all round. TTG's and Munno Para's Central Midfielders were definitely up there.
Goal of the year? Hard one to call!
Who had the best food? - Port Pirie always going to win this one although honorable mention to Munno Para!
Best club? - Depends on what you're talking about. I'd have to say us for facilities but Sourh Coast for being all round good guys.
Best crowds? - TTG and Munno Para. Rowdy, verbal and always draws a big number. Exactly what you want!
Best pitch? - San Marco's was pretty good!
Best Lads to have a drink with? - South Coast or Munno Para!
Best game you played in or watched? - Personal favourite was beating Raptors away first game of the year. 5 minutes to go when it was 1-1 TTG keeper made a flukey save to keep the scores level then a few minutes later we went up the other end and scored a belter to win the game!

Cant speak for anyone else, but i bought at least half a dozen beers during A grade plus food, late kick off didnt help. And since i have 2 young kids and over a
hour drive ahead before getting them ready for bed i personally didnt stick around if that offends you well so be it.

I did my own best to promote your club buying your beers and food!

A big thank you ( NOT :x :x ) to Port Pirie for NOT keeping the canteen open for the end of the A's Game. After losing 3-2 to the Raptors they decided to lock up shop and leave. Not even offering any of the first team players a cool drink after playing in temperatures that we were not use too and having a go at the ref for being Greek and supposedly on our side (even though the Ref is Italian) . Sure the loss means promotion is not a chance now but keep in mind the Raptors boys travelled a 500KM round trip and the least they could have done was invited us in for a beer or two. After all we are amateurs and should be supporting each others clubs, but dont worry port pirie your more than welcome for beers and food at our club even after the first teams game is over.

Just wanted to know why no ref arrived for the MP v Plympton fixture yesterday and why no-one from either club was informed. Plus when both clubs tried to call the league and ref's, the calls fell on deaf ears. Surely with promotion up for grabs & a game consisting of 1st v 2nd, there could have been an official ref!!!

Just a thought...

I didn't think they kept the "canteen" open as such, but you would have headed back to their club rooms? (which is down the road).

Dont know who you invited but it definitely did not reach our club. Anyway there may have been some confusion and the message did not get relayed. However there were over thirty of us there and not one single person mentioned being invited for pasta back to the club rooms.

Penalty decision was consitent with the tackle and was deserved. I guess any excuse will do when giving up a two goal lead and losing 3-2.

If we had known we would have been there. Especially after travelling all that way to get there. A cool beer or drin would have been perfect after that match.
