Junior Coaches?

What is the renumeration the more established clubs provide for their junior coaches?

As a new club and wanting to grow, it would be interesting to know.

This year it has actually cost me at least $300 ( not including petrol ) for training shirts, shorts & socks, plus equipment, not to mention my company sponsors the team as well !
