Palermo want Ziegler as a Balzaretti replacement - take him please. We've got enough cover to De Ceglie on the left.

Zeman: "A Banned coach should not be able to train his team" A reference to Conte & i agree 100%.

anything to stop conte from coaching!

funny enough Carrera has won more titles in 1 day of coaching at the top level than zeman has won in his whole career!

My point exactly.

It is still Conte's team & will be for the next 10 months until he is "officially" in control again.
He is able to train & prepare the squad as normal.
Its hardly a ban.

As for Zeman, your selling him very short. Go and do some research.

Where were Zeman's comments (and others everywhere now on websites who say Conte should not be on the bench) when the fake passport scandal erupted and those club presidents were able to run as normal? Or when Enrico Preziosi could still run Genoa after taking them down to Serie C with match fixing. But as soon as it's Conte, Zeman has to open his mouth. Can't wait until we play them.

A great read showing Carobbio and Gervasoni's statements and info on the infamous Novara v Siena draw.

Reports coming out of todays Italian papers that Palazzi the wanker has appealed against Bonucci and Pepe getting off, so they will again have to prepare a defence for August 20 or 21. Could be the same deal with Conte, whose 10 months apparently wasn't enough. Di Vaio, Udinese and a couple other players will have to do the same.

Will we ever hear the end of this fucking shit?

On a better note, apparently Aussie Troisi had his medical with Juve last night and will be immediately co-owned with Atalanta. We would then get Gabbiadini but loan him out straight away to Bologna.

Llorente looking like the main target for the CF now.

Will we still loan out Leali and sign an experienced 3rd keeper?

Juve complete their annual runout against the "Juve B' side with a 5-1 win.

Only saw highlights but Pogba looked good, laid a beautiful assist and got some praise from Carrera after the match.

Just one more friendly and the new season is upon us!

Leali will most likely be loaned out and it would be best for him this season to play regularly.

Last pre-season match finishes with Juve beating Milan 3-2 to claim the Berlusconi trophy. Marchisio, Vidal, and Matri all with some nice finishes.

A great pre-season, some great signings and postive results. The only negative is Conte's ban, which will be appealed starting from tomorrow.

Conte's ban upheld. Initially banned for knowledge of two matches (Novara-Siena and AlbinoLeffe-Siena), Conte was absolved from the Novara game, yet the 10-month ban remains. I've been told this is because since the two sentences were running concurrently, he would need to be acquitted of both in order to see a change.

Conte will now go to TNAS court. Some are saying he has a better chance there because it has nothing to do with the FIGC, but we shall see. The ban may be suspended until that hearing, but if not successful it means the ban would restart, so Juve are wary of that happening.

Pepe and Bonucci finally cleared of their involvement. Palazzi wanted them banned again, but his appeal thrown out.

Rubinho (ex Genoa keeper) has apparently had his medical and will join as Leali leaves to a Serie B side on loan.

Striker search still ongoing. Llorente, Cardozo and Jovetic all still in the frame as well as recent talk about Drogba, whose Chinese side is in some financial trouble, and also Bendtner (please no).

So is he going to Juve? From what I've read he's snubbed them too, and is going to Fulham?

Reading Fiorentina paid for his flight to Florence to have his medical, he was "hijacked" by Juve officials at the airport & never showed for the medical.

Of course this is all hearsay.

Until all parties sign the necessary paperwork, Berbatov is free to look at other clubs, and other clubs free to chase Berbatov.

Apart from the disappointment on missing out on Berbatov, I don't know why Fiorentina are calling foul, as they clearly didn't have the signature of the player (and neither did Juve).

Thats the competitive nature of the transfer market ... 'first dibs' do not exist.

Seriously, if we are gonna end up with Berbatov (which we obviously won't anymore), Bendtner, or Borriello whose name I am hearing again, we would have been better off bringing back Immobile. None of those three names are any better than Matri or Quags or what we already have as a target man. Fingers still crossed for Llorente!

Berba too similar to Vucinic, no point.
Bendtner emerging as a real possibility, I agree, why bother when you have Matri & the Gypsy?

The only difference really is his height, which should be a good asset with Asamoah, Isla, Pepe, Giac, De Ceglie, etc flying down the wings and sending in crosses.

Pazienza officially to Bologna, full ownership with an undisclosed fee. Bologna are putting a pretty good squad together, they'd be disappointed if they were anywhere near the relegation zone this season.

Sorensen, Motta, Pazienza, Pasquato and Gabbiadini all form the Juve contingent there now.

Bendtner undergoing his medical right now. Bendtner. Nicklas farkin Bendtner. Ugh.

My biggest issue with this all is Marotta coming out and saying a big striker will be signed, etc etc. Set himself up to fail. Like David Puddy said, may as well throw a few million Genoa's way to sign Immobile permanently.

Still need to get rid of Ziegler today, that will bring in a few mil most likely. In a dream situation Iaquinta would also goes permanently, but realistically it won't happen.

Masi may be loaned out to Pro Vercelli for the upcoming season.
