Cobras up 2-0 in the first 20 minutes and looked like they were going to run away it. Playford finished the half strongly and had half a penalty shout turned down.
Second half cobras started strongly again and missed a 1v1 and a minute later had another chance with a ball going to the back post that the cobras player only had to get a touch to. Playford had the better of the last 30 minutes scoring twice and hitting the post, as well as a couple of free kicks right on the edge of the box that were wasted.
Great game and all 3 games have been close, 2 draws and a cobras win by 1

B League and C league parents and coaches are just as interested in the other teams scores as the parents and coaches of the A league.

Went down and had a watch today. first game ive been able to get to since the first 1-1 at Playford. Was an intriguing game played in very good spirits. Cobras play very well on the counter, with a very structured defensive set up. I thought Playford had the better of the game, but seemed to lack a finisher - where cobras seem to have a few. Quite impressed with the way the Playford team goes about its football, its not often you see teams from the north playing that kind of football. Think there's a few kids from both teams that look as if they will end up playing first team some day. Great game.
