Very tight at the top, but with bosa huh a game in hand, they should reach top spot.
Hopefully Uni can get a result against bosa
This is more of an indication how strong the sat premier league has become

I might disagree... From talking with a couple of the old timers at SPOC they have said that the standard is quite poor to year? do you agree? Maybe it is simply a case that there are no 'stacked teams' this year as it has been in the past with teams like BOSA, wanderers, villa...DAM wrote:Very tight at the top, but with bosa huh a game in hand, they should reach top spot.

Massive result for saints to keep them in the mix and not allow bosa to run away. Saints scored both of their goals in the first 15 minutes and tbh I thought bosa had the best of the possession overall but just didn't do anything with it. Saint consistently looked dangerous on the counter and defended really well...
Just to top off a great day my old mate tassovac got sent off for mouthing off to the ref (who was once again very average in trying to gain the respect of players by yelling at them rather than just doing his job and explain the decisions). He has always and always will be the biggest knob in the league... Well done.
Yeah, that sounds just like monkey boy

Congratulations to the Comets on Saturday. Too good for the Cougars and although there are a few games to play, i'm confident they will be playing div 1 next year. Very well organised outfit at the back, hard-wroking midfield and clinical upfront. Well done Comets! Keep up the good work. As for us, very, very dissapointing. Very slim hope of promotion (especially the way we are playing) and with the Jets in awesome form, mate..... we have our work cut out for us this week end. Looking forward to the challenge! And apparently the chicken wings are a must try We may not be the best soccer team in the league atm, but we are pretty good eaters and drinkers. Order xtra wings fellas!!

thanks to the cougars for the day. started off with a cracker in the in the C's, was good for the comets to show that the win earlier in the season wasnt a once off.TheKing#9 wrote:5cougarsthanx wrote:Congratulations to the Comets on Saturday. ross looked very good considering he came into the game with an injury?? if it wasnt for our keeper it could have easily ended 2-2 at half time.
we have the next 3 rounds to shape out season, its way to early to be calling positions. We still face some big games ahead of us but we are looking forward to the challenge thats for sure.
Cant believe how tight the season is, only 7points between top and seventh. Bring on Vipers this weekend! we should have a great crowd out to watch !!

fair enough Hawkesy. You guys were nice enough to stick around for a drink last round, so the least we can do is return the gesture.

I hear some clubs had a secret meeting to discuss a breakaway league so they could ensure they play against each other every year.
