WHere is the myth about Italy playing boring defensive football?

England were woeful.

Hawkesy you can cr#p on about "your" football all you want, the reality is that the best players in the EPL are foreign, its that simple.

England technically poor. Italy had more than double the passes and before you start with the pens rubbish, the game should ave ben over at half time.

For the record Italy will struggle against Germany, moreso becuase of the lack of rest time and the fact they played 120 mins.

ENgland midfield comperd to Italy's - no comparison. Pirlo next to Xavi and Iniesta in quality.
