I'm not involved with the club in an official capacity anymore so I don't need to be politically correct.

From the info I received from several players in the room at the time it was a total hissy fit.

Clubman and back burner or whatever your name is you are both well off the mark.

It's the ideal time for the club to move forward and find a new coach and also a good time for the old coach to learn some people management skills.

Personally I like the guy and wish him well

Yes, we stuffed it up by undermining him and all the speculation on here is 100% correct. To save face though, I'll just write, "no comment"

We will work now to replace the coach that we still hold in high regard and always will as a mate.

Everyone is spewing he's gone because we rate him highly

He is always welcome at our club and will continue to call him a good friend.

Everyone is REALLY spewing he's gone because we rate him highly

At the end of the day, he didnt feel like he was achieving what he set out to achieve, so made the decision to move on. He has his reasons, they are all valid and we respect the decision.

Everyone understands what went down on Sunday was unacceptable but we respect him so much, we won't question his decisions to leave, mainly because, we all agree with him.

We have big shoes to fill, but hopefully we can source the right person for the job.

The next guy better have his cabernet together because everyone still wants the old guy
I have used my media training to decipher this into plain english.

$16,000 for a degree - i knew it would eventually come good.
How did you only pay $16,000 for your degree????

Oh really Srbin....

Please elaborate on the hissy fit & poor people management skills, no need to stop there...or should I may be enlighten you?

There is no need to be diplomatic either, cause I couldn't give a f$$k if you like me or wish me well.

Not once was I going to bring any of the issues to light, but I'm more then happy to if you really want to go that far. So pull your head in, give me a call and maybe you can now be back at the club.

Željko, I am not the previous coach who you are referring to, he resigned 3 games in to last year and at that point I took over...I've never asked him if he played for Hajduk, so I'm not sure.

So a sign of 'greatness' is how much attention one gets on the forum ?

Maybe Euro's might get a little more

What's with the red/white/red v Sweden ?

Wouldn't know - but judging by the scores I see in the paper each week, pretty easy I reckon.

I hear our keeper was told he can't play with an umbrella last week though...so still plenty of controversy - or comedy, depending on which way you look at it.

Maybe Santrac would have more luck coaching your amateurs?

Blue shorts calsh with Swedens?

Ask Gosp. Beara, he's been very quiet of late...obviously busy preparing to watch his team at the Euro's...then again, maybe not.

Ok so from the info i received on the day as the incident was unfolding is that the president wanted to do what he had appointed a coach to do....personally i couldnt care less either way.......perhaps not the ideal time to leave but white line fever affects us all......people management is fo kids not grown men....what happened to the days when you did what the coach told you and got on with it....now you have to be a f k n social worker not a coach...

Handy man I dont know what you do outside of your affiliation with Macedonia FC but people management is probably the most important part of coaching and leading people in any field.

Looking back at what I previosly wrote I guess saying that the former coach needed to learn some people management skills was a touch harsh. What I probably should have said was he needed to improve his people management skills.

We all learn from our experiences and Im sure the previous coach and the club will some valuable things form this experience.

Do a phd and get paid to study. Can only work one day a week then though.
