Raptors Pre season

The numbers have been excellent this pre-season and last nights turnout was no exception. 35 players coming out in very hot conditions is a great turnout

Sundayâ€™s session should be good, and with the early start hopefully weâ€™ll get roughly the same amount as last sunday

its not gonna be an easy div this year LFC8

first game away to TTG - if the last game of last season is anything to go by, should be a tight tussle

Yes maxin in the shade it's going to be a very strong Div this year.......I think the Pontians will win the league but it's on for young and old for the rest of the places.

Not bagging Plympton but to finish 5th and promoted is a joke!!!!

Trust us LFC8, we agree with you, to finish 5th and be promoted is stupid it really devalues what all teams acheived above us last year, we believe we may not be ready for div 2 football this year either.

The scary thing is we beat Imbros twice last year!

As I was writing my comment it did spring to mind that you guys beat us.

Don't think I was there for the game at our ground but when we played you guys at your ground your keeper was the only reason you guys beat us......HE WAS ON FIRE!!!!!

Good luck for the season Canine and as I said I wasn't bagging the Bulldogs in anyway.

they beat us fair and square in both games LFC8.
i think in the return game at our home ground we were in front aswell, and they came from behind to win

numbers were good once again. i keep thinking the turnout will drop off but people are coming out regularly which is good.

first pre season trial is next week (March 4) v Croatia

It wasnâ€™t so much an internal. The Aâ€™s were split up into one group and had a game, and the Bâ€™s/Câ€™s did the same

There were about 38-40 players that rocked up, continuing the good turnouts for pre-season training (lets see though how many we get on a cold, rainy winters Tuesday night!)

We have our first trial next week, but it looks as though its gonna be 40 degrees, so weâ€™ll see if that goes ahead
