Ouch. Finished below the Toffees.

I turned our game off when Swansea scored to watch the City game.

That's brave.

Not many people would openly admit to jumping on the City bandwagon.

At the end of the day, the table doesn't lie, Arsenal were better than Spurs over the 38 games. We can't say we didn't have our chances, the Goons seemed determined to hand us 3rd spot but we simply weren't good enough to take it.

In normal circumstances, I'd say fourth was a great season for us but now I have to go buy a Bayern scarf.

Appropriate end to their season in the end. Oh well, at least some shiny stuff in the cabinet plus everyone back to even next season.

I watched the City game from the start to finish - whats the point of watching what was ultimately a "dead rubber" in Wales?

I watched ours until Swansea scored. I was keeping up with the City game via Facebook.

i'm not a dickhead like that mate i just support liverpool first and then follow football you know, the whole manchester v manchester thing was a big event and a great sporting moment and all that but i've never been one to get carried away in the moment when a team i don't care about wins, sydney swans' 1 point grand final win or ian thorpe's gold or cathy freeman, i'm not passionate about them! and i'm not passionate about man city although i obviously wanted them to win over utd.

it's like bayern, i watch them too but when we were playing whack teams in europa under roy and bayern CL group stage games were on at the same time i was still watching us.. maybe you can call me a sucker for punishment!

The game between City and QPR was the culmination of an amazing season.

Swansea - Liverpool was literally a nothing game. Once we knew Everton were comfortable against Newcastle, there was nothing left to play for. As I said, I watched it until Swansea scored. At that point, I switched over.

Glad I did, I witnessed one of the most dramatic ends to a season that I'm likely to see in my life. Regardless of not following City or how I feel about United, I was buzzing for a long while. Occasions like that are what football is all about.

So you switched over from your own team to watch another team. You see this is the problem with aussie football fans. You're football fans , not fans of your clubs.

I suppose you would say that given you are a millwall supporter.

No person that was a fan of football could be a fan of that club.

You are correct, I support Millwall not football. As do most real supporter of their clubs.

The idea of switching over from your own team to watch man city v qpr is truly laughable.

That's good because you won't get it if you can't even be bothered to watch your own team.
